When restaurant worker Jack Sanders (Chris Kattan) finds himself in debt to a mobster (Chazz Palminteri), his only way out is to persuade his aspiring actress girlfriend, Diane (Nicky Whelan), to go on a date with the thug -- and convince him she's tabloid queen Jamie Stephens.
